General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cd44 platform and all its services — casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and other entertainment features. By accessing the cd44 website or opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on cd44 and participate in any game or betting activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. If an underage person uses this platform, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will be treated as multiple accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. If an account is opened with false information, cd44 may suspend or cancel that account at any time. cd44 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login details — username and password — confidential is your own responsibility. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify cd44 immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on cd44 is ৳100 (for all payment methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (various Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank). cd44 does not accept any cryptocurrency.

Deposited funds must come only from an account owned by the relevant user. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is usually completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before withdrawing.

cd44 may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal if needed. Failure to cooperate in such cases may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

3.3 Financial Fraud

If any financial fraud, money laundering or illegal activity is identified, cd44 will immediately close the relevant account and notify the applicable authorities. In such cases, deposited funds will not be returned.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cd44's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The minimum deposit to receive this bonus is ৳100. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

cd44 regularly provides various promotional offers, including: cd44 Weekly Deposit Festival (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15×), cd44 Friday Special Reward (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 12×), cd44 Slots Festival (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20×), cd44 Birthday Gift (up to ৳1,500, wagering 10×) and Refer a Friend cd44 Win (up to ৳2,000, wagering 8×).

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is communicated before the bonus is accepted. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

VIP Programme and Cashback

cd44's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. VIP cashback applies once per week and is added to the account automatically.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cd44:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Placing opposing bets for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Interfering with the website's security systems or launching a cyber attack.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the relevant account will be immediately cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• For technical errors or system maintenance needs.
• For legal reasons or to comply with regulatory directives.

cd44 reserves the right to change, restrict or discontinue any game, bonus or service at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given of such changes.

Game Results and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Game Results

All games on cd44 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and unpredictable results. Game results recorded on the server will be considered final. If there is a discrepancy between the displayed result and the server result due to a technical error, the server result will prevail.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute over a game result or transaction, the user must submit a written complaint to the support team within 72 hours. cd44 will review the complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. This decision will be considered final.

Limitation of Liability

cd44 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of using the platform. The decision to play games or place bets is entirely the user's own. cd44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from an inability to participate in a game due to internet connection disruption, device failure or power outage.

cd44 is not directly responsible for any errors in the game software of third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution. However, if such issues are reported to the cd44 support team, necessary action will be taken.

Mobile Application

cd44's Android (APK) and iOS mobile applications are available through official channels. All provisions of these Terms apply equally to use of the mobile application. Downloading the app from any source other than an approved source may create security risks, for which the user is responsible.
